What psychological benefit does a possible diagnosis of fatal insomnia give to you? Insomnia: There r many medication patient can use for insomnia . But they can be habit forming and if u take them on daily basis , u can get addicted to it and u need to keep raising the dose. Treatment for insomnia : sleep hygiene going to bed at certain time and walking up at certain time, exercising before 4 pm, not taking any caffeinated product after five pm and sleeping medications to be taken prn. ...Read more
