I find it difficult to stand up from sitting/squatting position, it feels like my legs are weak. What could be the cause of this? I'm a bit overweight

Leg weakness/weight: Standing from a squatting position requires much strength in the quads and glute muscles. If not, have an exam and let results guide you to next steps. Don't worry but be caring toward yourself. Knees can be big problems as we age - especially if we've a weight issue. Best! ...Read more
