Big headaches on head back, above eyes for past 2w. Left neck glands swollen. Left ear cavum hurts on touch. Slightly dizzy. Is it sinusitis?

Not likely: If you do not have nasal symptoms or discharge, it is not likely to be sinusitis. It is not feasible to say, what it is without examining you. If your symptoms do not abate in a week or so, it would be prudent to see your doctor. The enlarged lymph glands are of particular concern and you should get it checked. ...Read more

Maybe strep, etc...: Nose and throat symptoms can be from cold viruses, strep throat, allergies, etc... It can be difficult to tell what the cause is. If symptoms only last 1-2 days, it was likely allergies, irritation, or a mild cold. Doctors have rapid 5-minute tests for strep, so a primary care doctor can diagnose strep and start antibiotics without delay. Sounds like it's time for a trip to the doctor. ...Read more

Bite on left temple, swollen from forehead to cheek, redness moving towards neck, pain?

Uh oh!: If the bite is now spreading and the swelling has increased, if taking Benadryl (diphenhydramine) doesn't help significantly, you may have an infection in the skin, called cellulitis. This is very serious when it's in the head, face or neck. It it responds to the Benadryl (diphenhydramine), it is likely just a local reaction to the bite and is not as big a deal. If it doesn't, call your doc right away, or go to an ER. Generic is OK ...Read more

What causes severe muscle pain brain fog numbness tingling food alergies eye lid tick chemical allergies swollen lymph nodes and glands inside cheeks?

Multiple symptoms: Many times when person develop multiple symptoms, they seek one unifying diagnosis. Unfortunately, one cause may not be the answer. Seek an opinion for each problem. I would start with the swollen lymph nodes.
