You may need to: Put much of your focus on healthy food choices & addressing caloric intake. I would ask your neurologist if there is any form of exercise which you might be able to tolerate. Not uncommon. Neuro.: In brain injury, the pituitary gland & hypothalamus (2 brain parts) can get injured. They are the "master gland" that controls all the hormones released in the body & the sex drive center. Unfortunately, in some cases (pituitary apoplexy, hypothlamic infarct) these parts can be irreparably damaged.
