Baby w/ helmet rolled out of laundry basket onto the tile floor, landed on her face, has fat lip, bleeding lip stopped she seems ok. Brain injury? Er?

Difficult question: Difficult question due to knot enough facts known. It is always safest to have a baby with concern of a head injury to be assessed at er.
