Is it possible to alleviate back pain if we use memory foam mattress?

Is it possible to alleviate back pain if we use memory foam mattress?

Possible: While there is no such thing as one best mattress for everyone or the perfect mattress for a person with back pain, sometimes changing the mattress can help particularly if it is over 10 years old. Can rotator cuff injury cause back stiffness/soreness? Also after the pain subsides would foam rolling help faster healing along with exercise?
