Not related: Head trauma does not cause brain aneurysms, as these are congenital berry aneurysms or caused by uncontrolled chronic hypertension (Charcot-Bouchard). You are lucky: for under going successful treatment , those untreated ones will have disastrous out comes . Once vessel is occluded ( thrombosed ) will not allow the coil displaced , don't worry , but you need close follow up by your doctor .Good Luck ...Read more
