Need neurology visit: Given your symptoms it would seem that you need to schedule an appointment with the neurologist. The neurologist should be able to give you any idea whether it has something to do with brain damage. There's also a possibility that it could have something to do with inner ear problems in which case the neurologist may refer you to an ENT doctor. Best wishes.
