Possibly: If your back injury was in the upper back, muscle strain or pinched nerves could radiate to the head and cause a headache. Positional headache is another possibility. Keep a log of these episodes (timing, duration, severity, location, and characteristics) and take it with you to a neurologist. Could very well B...: What was the trauma, was there LOC?Auto Accident? Post concussion syndrome is a possibility. Or trapezius strain can cause occipital HA. Start in the back of the head go over the top & settle behind the eyes. Can B 1sided or both sides.U nneed a neurological work up as well ask a head CT & MR of the neck.
