No, not possible.: No, trauma to the head cannot cause an aneurysm. But I want to make sure we are using the terms in a similar fashion. An aneurysm is an unstable blood vessel, a bleed in the brain is a different process. Sinus congestion: When discomfort in the head or temple area as you describe occurs upon postural changes then, the most likely explanation is that of increased pressure in the head causing expansion of fluid which may be in your sinuses.
