I would recommend you get a good physical and clinical exam to properly diagnose your ailments. A few possibIiltiies: Knee pain can be caused by a number of conditions. Causes such a meniscal injury, ligament injury, patellar syndromes are likely ruled out by negative X-rays. Some type of arthritis, gout, pseudo gout etc can occur without X-ray abnormalities, especially early in the disease. Possibly: There are many possibilities why internal( iliopsoas) snapping hip begins.Some are anatomic or related to trauma or sports ( most common).
